I have over 16 years of experience in various multinational corporate industries, followed by more than four years in startups. My career includes 15+ years in leadership and corporate management roles, where I have planned organizational structures and led R&D teams. For over five years, I have developed long-term strategic plans.

I have had the privilege of managing highly skilled professionals in large departments, overseeing sensitive and confidential projects, and leading cross-functional committees. As the head of the R&D department, I was actively engaged in developing novel concepts and mastering emerging technologies. My team consistently delivered high-quality, timely outputs, earning global recognition.

Throughout my career, I have remained adaptable and resilient, maintaining efficiency and focus under pressure. I have thrived in cross-cultural work environments, collaborating with colleagues from the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Korea, India, Malaysia, and China. I have a deep understanding of business ecosystems, financial efficiency, and sustainable growth.

On a personal note, I was born in 1977 and am currently, comfortably settled in Dhaka, Bangladesh with my family. I am married and blessed with three children. Maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle is important to me, and I recently had the privilege of performing Umrah. As a practicing Muslim, faith remains an integral part of my life.

Currently, I am in academia, where my interests span business, technology, economics, and policy. I look forward to leveraging this knowledge to drive corporate success.
