Role: Co-Founder and Director

May 2016 – till date (over 8 years)

Role ranges from financial analysis, setting mid – long term strategy, directing business development, marketing, and technology solution (system/DB administration). Since the start of COVID-19 pandemic, hands-on contribution in technology became essential: cloud hosting, DNS zone management, system administration (Ubuntu 14~20 LTS), DB administration (MySQL 5.7~8), GCP storage, System migrations and rollouts. Also optimized webapp performance, i.e. improved FCP, LCP, CLS, reduced TTFB; deployed server side caching using Memcached, PHP OPcache and incorporated client side caching using local storage. Enhanced site security by CSP from Apache server. Notable SEO contributions include incorporating JSON-LD as per schema.org into Laravel MVC framework. Some of the newly added features: card payment system, streamlined sign-on by OTP, localization for Bangla. Contribution with site content: product record update by using Selenium, automated by Python and Chrome driver.  Most recent contribution with financial analysis includes growth forecasting, target setting, cost analysis and relevant KPI setting. Woadec limited

Role: Co-Founder and CTO

December 2017 – December 2020 (3 years, 1 month)

Developed Emergency Medical Services solution for Dhaka city known as Ural EMS.  Initially this solution catered emergency ambulance services on request from mobile app. This solution was based on a service oriented architecture (SOA) using python micro-services and Rabbit MQ as broker. Redis was used to enable geolocation calculations. It was hosted on AWS EC2.  Additional details at: Financial Express, BDNew24 and Google Play. 

International Business Computation and Research Limited

Role: Co-Founder and Director

August 2016 – December 2017 (1 year, 5 months)

Role ranged from industry level R&D to business development in a tech startup. Major achievements: (1) Research and architecture development for custom solution to administer diverse security technologies needed for Government’s security organization. (2) Developed business automation solution of demand aggregation and service tracking for transportation industry in Dallas USA.  

Skills: Information Architecture design and implementation on Mobile apps, Application of human behavioral economics on mobile app design. Performance enhancement of Mobile apps with respect to network variation, data, memory and power footprint reduction.
